Some of you, as members of our running community concerned about the underlying bullying, have approached me seeking understanding about this action. I believe it is important to address your concerns directly and transparently.
Background and Investigation
Over the past year, I have been the target of persistent harassment and stalking orchestrated by Jake Lindvall and his associates. This behavior not only threatened my personal safety and well-being but also undermined the very principles that make our running community strong—namely, inclusivity, mutual respect, and support.
From the onset, I took this matter seriously. I dedicated substantial time and effort to investigate the situation thoroughly, gathering extensive evidence to substantiate my claims. This investigation revealed a coordinated effort by Lindvall to harm me, involving unauthorized tracking of my location, dissemination of false and defamatory statements, and manipulation of professional relationships to damage my reputation and livelihood.
Decision to File a Lawsuit
